Bernstein's Research Report Says India's Economy Is 16.5 Years Behind China's. What Are Your Thoughts?

As for China’s relationship with India, a report from the International Monetary Fund (IMF) says that soon India will replace its position from 5th to 4th in 2025 and from 4th to 3rd in 2027 with an estimated economic size of 5.4 trillion dollars.

A report from Bernstein’s research says,

“India’s economy is 16.5 years behind China’s”

Are these reports true? Will we see India growing at the mentioned dates and with the suggested economic size?
